I was like “wow”. It was extraordinary. Not too floury and oily texture as other scallion pancakes are. It was crispy on one side and it’s tender and juicy when you take a bite. Basil and an egg inside make it even greater and rich taste.

Delicious, push it, it is my number one Dajia food at present👍
