Fish balls (with filling) soup is the most famous dish in this restaurant. 50NTD per bowl.

I’ve been in love with it since Taiwan Shang Qing introduced me to it. I prefer shiitake mushroom balls and stuffed fish balls. The bone broth is rich and delicious. If I can go out and have time, I will definitely have a bowl to satisfy my craving. It tastes completely different from what I cook at home.

A must try if visiting Hsinchu. Combo soup(pork and fishballs) and minced pork rice with bamboo is a must eat. There are I believe 3 with the same name around the area, and all owned by different family members under the same name. But this one is the cleanest and newest with proper filtration systems(can actually see sitting outside). Tried other 2 and could see cockroaches and greasy floor. Taste about the same but this one has slightly lighter flavor, not as salty.
