East District, Hsinchu City｜楊家意麵

It's a chilly Sunday morning when the sun finally came to shine us. I found this eatery full with guests so I gave it a try. Fried oyster is great and the noodle awakes my memory. This place definitely is authentic, and well, value for money!

The oyster omelette is delicious, and Hsinchu has a good taste.

Great and flavorful noodles. Portioned pretty generously, and fairly priced. Very flavorful, I will definitely come back for more. I tried the 乾米粉，乾意麵，湯青菜，蝦仁煎. The noodles were all great, especially the 意麵. I must admit that I have had better 米粉 elsewhere, but this was pretty good and well priced. The Shrimp Pancake was tasty, although I found it quite odd that the sauce was a bit too red (made it look a bit too artificial). Everything was scrumptious nonetheless
