Sheung Wan, Hong Kong｜Sun Bor Kee Restaurant

A lovely little restaurant tucked away in the streets of Sheung Wan. This place is famous for their pork chop rice with spring onion oil. But secretly, their pan fried pork patties with lotus roots are also amazing. I recommend both! But as this restaurant is a bit aged, don't expect it to be super comfy or posh :)

Your local Cha Chaan Tang which serves HK styled breakfast and lunch menus. Always packed with locals during meal times.

The beef tongue with pepper sauce was a delight. So was the spring onion topping. Quick and easy meal with a reasonable price. Will surely return!
