Market place selling really good food. The beef is tender and welldone. There is the blanch version and the stew version. Blanch version refers to fresh thinly sliced beef blanching with the aromatic broth. Stew refers to some of the tendon,innards where stewing is a better choice. Both are nice.

This place is simply amazing. If you don't want to wait in a huge line, get here before 7:30 am. The beef offal soup here is simply to die for, if you like that sort of thing, which I do. You can also get straight up beef soup if you feel squeamish about offal, but I say go hard or go home. You can keep refilling your bowl with the delicious broth which is a nice touch. When I have eaten here in the past, I have met people at my table who came as far as from Hualien, just to eat this soup. It really is that famous and delicious.
