Datong District, Taipei City｜A-Jiao Roasted Pork

Everything is tasty especially the pork tongue, it’s a superstar. And the famous deep fried pork is also great, my favorite part is pork neck. The texture is a little crunchy with fatty yummy flavors. Very nice broth for noodles and freshly made wonton soup, light and perfect for breakfast. Noodles also has 2 choices, traditional Taiwanese yellow noodles or ordinary one.

The soup is boiled with vegetables and apples, which is refreshing and sweet. The fried shallots are homemade. The braised pork is delicious. The proprietress is attentive and meticulous, and the price is close to the people. Remember to check the holidays on FB, it is worth visiting again and again. (The rice noodles are real Hakka rice noodles)

There's no word to describe how much I love this place! They serve delicious and amazing fried pork, and you can taste different kinds of pork, including liver and heart, just amazing! Just don't miss it when you visit Taipei, and highly recommend to go there in the morning, when you can feel the fascinating atmosphere among traditional market.
