Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Old Shanghai SFRY-Dumpling

This is the most authentic 上海生煎 I can find in Taipei. It's pan fried with the smooth part facing up. The filling is delicious meat with no funny ingredients like cabbages, and it has soup inside! Sprinkled with sesames, and with the 镇江香醋（not 米醋）, it's absolutely worth your time looking for it.

Seriously the best pan fried buns I found! Please be careful as it extremely hot and full of soup! The black one is beef flavour while the white one is the normal pork! I highly recommend the normal pork! Remember to dry it with their homemade chilli also, it quite spicy so beware! Best pan fried dumplings hand down in Taiwan!

When I saw the size of the sample I was blown away at how expensive it was, but it's totally worth it. Really tasty dumplings. I didn't even get the most popular one. It's a little sweet but the crunch and the thin dough is just perfection. Highly recommend. Still thinking about it after 24 hours.
