Songshan District, Taipei City｜Ashin阿鑫小料理

This was definitely an unique experience dining here in Taipei. First off, the preparation for everything was amazing. Second, the fish was very fresh. I always thought fish in New York tasted good, but oh my oh my! The dinner lasted two hours and the chef explained everything that was served. We also had amazing an wine selection. I’m no sommelier, but I loved it. It’s better to book way in advance for this place because it’s hard to get a spot!

What a fantastic restaurant with absolutely delicious dishes. My family went there to celebrate an early birthday for my wife. We really enjoyed the delicious meal (my son absolutely loved the Man-yu Fan [Eel with rice]). I can't wait to go back again.
