Attentitive and polite staff that helpfully explained aspects of the menu and answered questions from my husband and I. The waiter we had kindly translated things in English also. A lovely fine-dining experience in Taipei that I would happily return to with my friends and family. Food was beautifully presented with wonderfully multi-layered flavours and textures. Seafood was fresh and cooked impeccably. Extensive cocktail options. Nice smooth white Portugal glass of wine that went well with the Red-tile fish and Asian threadfin fish. Accompanying sidedishes of squid was smoky and tender.

Thanks to the invitation of my dear sis, it was a pleasant moment having fine food at such a very good seafood restaurant. The fish, vegetables, meats were very fresh served and especially the way of grilling fish. Also, the sauce was just beautiful enough for how it’s served. You will enjoy the time having great meal with good friends and this restaurant could bring you the sophisticated experience in food and service.

Love how the seats are spaced out and even if you are two, you get a table for four so you have room for dishes and drinks. Cocktails are surprisingly good. I ordered the Emperor's curse which is served with a piece of smoked salmon (but it went perfectly with the drink!) They do change plates and take time to serve your mains, so you won't feel like they are forcing food down your stomach. We are very satisfied with our orders, except for the fact we do believe it could have been better if they tone the whole composition down a notch, as in let the seafood shine on their own. One last thing, the sound made by the bartender when he or she was shaking the drinks was also a bit loud to be frank.
