More Comments at Google MapPerfect place to celebrate with your loved ones. Meticulous service- the service is incredible. From before you enter the Silk hotel, they remind you of the stairs, they push the chairs in for you every time you come back to your seat, the story and introduction to every dish, really makes this place special. The employees are trained to be very ninja like, extremely well mannered, and we don’t even notice when they refill our water, or show up behind us because they’re so quiet. Amazing quality of food- everything was cooked so perfectly, and well seasoned. We ordered the wagyu rump and the tenderloin. Highly recommend to just go for the tenderloin if you’re ordering beef. It melts in your mouth. Even when I asked mine to be cooked well done, and it still taste juices, tender, and incredible. They accommodate all your dietary needs on top of that! Safe environment - very happy to have gaps between each group even tho we’re seated around the grill, so we’re not too close to other people, and feel safe while dining.
Beautiful Kaiseki「懐石」experience, with wonderful Autumn themed dishes. The restaurant even adapted their menu seamlessly to some of us with food restrictions. Their Michelin recommendation is well deserved.
