Looks like it’s run by a husband and wife pair- very friendly and helpful. Menu on the table has both english and mandarin, however order form is in mandarin. Best if you can speak mandarin to communicate. Homemade Chilli with the tofu is tasty would recommend it with Original flavour sulphur eggs. Order your drinks verbally with either husband or wife.
