Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜冰藍沁禾咖啡館 BLCH Coffee Roasters（六、日、國定假日無訂位）

I did not expect to find some of the best coffee I have ever had on a small alleyway street in a city of 190,000 people in Zhubei (竹北), Taiwan. I tried the Rose Litchi Latte (玫瑰荔枝拿鐵) hot, while my brother enjoyed the iced Lemon American Coffee (這是西西里你知道的). The Rose Litchi Latte was smooth, with a perfect infusion of rose and lychee in the case of my drink - in the past I have often had flavoured Lattes where the taste of the coffee is overpowered. The iced Lemon American Coffee was refreshing, a combination of ingredients that came together to create an inspired experience - Lemon, Honey, Expresso shot and carbonated water. We also tried the Lemon Tart, which handmade thin crust pastry base, and a Lemon cream that had a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Price wise, a coffee will cost between 150-200 NTD. They also have multiple dessert cake options and western brunch style meals. If I was a local in Zhubei, there's no doubt I would visit on a regular basis. I highly recommend for all coffee lovers, and hope I can visit again.

Never thought of walking into a coffee shop that feels like home. It enlightens my coffee bud and provides me a stress-free place to better understand their coffee with barista’s thoughtful analysis. Nice coffee roastery if you’re finding somewhere to land in Hsinchu.

I was looking for a specialty coffee shop in Taiwan. and was not disappointed! Dropped by for lunch, their iced Americano was great. Food was well presented and delicious. Highly recommended to my fellow coffee lovers out there.
