Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City｜Hwa Da Milk Tea

Hands down the best milk tea I've tried during my trip to kaohsiung and tainan. Service was fast as the drink was handed to me right after I got my change. Unfortunately the other huada outlet in far east mall kaohsiung doesn't offer the same phenomenal taste🤔
