I remember one time I called for delivery with a friend in the middle of the night just to drink some of his drinks, and ended up waiting for 2-3 hours. Although I thought it was an exaggeration, I knew that the shopkeeper was the only one visiting the store in the middle of the night, and I made one phone call in the middle of the night. After confirming that it was not forgotten, I persuaded my friend to continue waiting. Later, the boss personally delivered it and kept saying thank you. The whole demeanor of just falling asleep made me feel distressed! Next, I want to vindicate them from a fair point of view. Not to mention mixing the wrong drinks, in the hard-working catering-related industry, mistakes in meals all happen by chance. Every meal is prepared by hand, not in the supermarket where the customer puts it on the shelf by himself. After picking up the finished products, the bad attitude towards the employees who worked the night shift lowered the score of the whole store a lot. I can only say that the owner and his wife were unlucky😅 It feels like it shouldn't be such a negative store. Come on~!
