Food was tasty and displayed elegantly: the chicken was crisp and well seasoned, the noodles were smooth and flavorful, the tofu plate had a nice balance of savory and spiciness, and the bubble tea was refreshing and had the right amount of sweetness. Bravo!

On the top of our must-visit list in Taiwan - 春水堂! Every dish and drink we ordered were well made. Satisfying lunch.

The milk tea is very milky and the pearls are quite QQ. Pearls are about 50% smaller than most pearls you would see in other bubble tea shops. For me, this was a perfect size since it didn't require much chewing to finish the pearls but for my wife did not prefer it because it wasn't chewy enough. Taiwanese fried chicken here is one of the best I've tried. Would definitely recommend making a trip here.
