English menu is available if you ask. The woman saw me struggling and she handed me the English menu. And only Taiwanese payment or cash is accepted. No international visa. I appreciate that. I ordered a milk tea with bubble & because of our language barrier, she charged me for two different drinks. She was kind and efficient and returned my money to me.
