I went there today but couldn't see the cafe. They closed the cafe i guess... Sadge

There are often animation-themed coffee shops with different themes, with exquisite drinks and limited peripherals

Just go for the sake of Anime Collecting. Not for the drinks or snacks. Anime > blan snacks But I'm sure people already know this (ฅ´ω`ฅ)
