Fantastic. I was staying in Taichung for a while and looking for a healthy place to eat (I can't take all the animal fat and high oil content in general restaurant food), this restaurant served the purpose in every way. Food is healthy, clean and delicious. Lean protein, plenty of veg and prices are very, very reasonable. My appetite is monstrous to I often end up eating 2 meals, but even then the price is better than most other places. They even allowed me to do a few sets of pull ups on the gym equipment while I waited (don't worry, no one else was around). Will go back multiple times more before I leave.
