On the evening of November 29th in 2020, I bought a big Mac meal with a checken wing and a coca. After finishing my big Mac and chicken wing, I grabbed the coca and unintentionally dropped it everywhere. Everyone in the room stopped talking and watched me. It was so embarrassing. I quickly said sorry to everyone and went down to the front desk for help. A young man with ID of manager told me to wait for him a second and he walked up stairs with me. After checking the situation, he asked if I got hurt. I answered 'No, and I was so sorry for that.' He said 'That you are fine is the most important. Is it coca?' I answered 'Yes.' Then he said 'OK, I will get you one more.' Suddenly, my anxiety and shame were gone by his warm-hearted treatment. I felt like I met a true angel in this real world. It is so touching. And I even can feel other people's applause and appreciation toward the manager. In the end, I drank my cold coca seeing M clerk cleaning the chaos which I left. Thanks to M's thoughtful members, they kept my dignity and made me respect all works of customer service in Taiwan. Taiwan M no.1 Cheers!
