North District, Taichung City｜Aztec Mexican Restaurant

I was blown away by how generous they were when I came here with my friend. They close at 8:30pm but they let us stay until almost 10pm as we hadn’t finished our meal because we had got in just before 8. Also my friend and I are like chatter boxes! We talk way too much and we had a lot to catch up on. They were very accommodating and worked around us as they cleaned up. Fantastic customer service! I ordered the B1 which was a burrito with green chilli sauce medium and my filling of choice was the grilled chicken($210). I also ordered a side of guacamole ($50) and mini churros ($80). I got a nice glass of margarita ($120) and that was delicious. I wanted to get another but I didn’t, that’s for next time. It was mildly strong and great value for money. In fact the whole meal was great value for money. The burrito in the sauce was not what I expected but surprisingly good. The guacamole came in cute and was well flavoured. I really enjoyed the Mexican food here and will definitely be going back!

I choice great combos today. Would enjoy Burrito, Enchiladas and Taco at the same time. Have a spice flavor and seasonings. Room is not big, seats are limited. Advice to reservation in advance. No parking area store offered. You could choice privacy parking area near store.

Pleasantly surprised about this little gem of a Tex Mex restaurant in Taichung. I ordered the carnitas burrito, which came with a green chili sauce, chips, and salad. The salad was awful but everything else was great. My husband ordered a carnitas fajita and he liked it. They use yoghurt as sour cream but since I asked them not to put sour cream on my burrito, I didn't suffer the consequences. My husband seemed okay with it. My husband also ordered a margarita. It's probably a Costco pre mix but it's great for $120 TWD. The prices are VERY reasonable. Our bill came to $720. We are coming here all the time from now on. 🤩
