Vibrant, friendly vibes ✨ the owner and his staff warmly greeted us on arrival, and one of the staff was singing karaoke. The staff + a couple customers helped with English translation of the menu which was so sweet. Food was delicious and well priced, and the octopus recommendation from one of the (presumably) regulars is a must.

Even better than ones I got in Taipei. Owner is a fun chatty guy, learnt his cooking from Japan. Only serve authentic Japanese bar food.
