Took my wife and I a long time to find a good pizza spot in Taichung and we think we found it at Sorriso. First off, the location is a bit out of the way but there is always parking. Their pizzas are stay true to napoli style pizza and the care of the owner really shines through. Great balance of cheese, topplings, and dough. Always on the top of our mind when craving pizza now. Only issue is the secret it out, better call in before hand and reserve some dough they sell out fast.

One of the best pizza places in Beitun/Taichung. This is authentic pizzas that handmade with care on the spot then toss in wood fire oven at 450F around 90 seconds to perfection. Highly recommend the truffle mushroom pizza though. Steven is very friendly and kind. He even showed our kids how he makes these pizzas while not hesitate coming to say hi to his customers. Have been coming back here often as we love his pizzas that much. It's a must stop if you look for "real authentic pizza".
