Nantun District, Taichung City｜青春漢堡 · Aoharu Burger 台中萬和本店

This is a mid scale restaurant in southern Taichung city serving a variety of burgers, pastas, and rice dishes, as well as hand made desserts. The restaurant is located on the second floor, with the first floor being a bakery. The restaurant is small and cozy, having around 10 tables, each table accommodating 2-4 guests. Service was excellent, and we had no problems switching our seat into one by the large window for photography purposes. Although the restaurant’s name suggested that its specialty was hamburgers, we both were not in the mood for hamburgers, though next time we will certainly try their burgers. We ordered the beef in red wine sauce and hamburger meat in truffle miso sauce, both paired with rice. Both entrees also came with some roasted and picked vegetables. The beef in red wine sauce was tender and flavorful. This was served with a creamy soup which was quite good. The hamburger meat in truffle miso sauce was delicious as well, though the main star of that course had to be the fragrant truffle miso sauce. This was served with a salad with Japanese style dressing. The portion sizes were generous. The sparkling honey lemon drink was especially good and refreshing. Overall, would recommend this place and revisit if in the area.

From the "for Foam" system, I think the flavor more close the Japan style. Miso sause, hamburger steak. The quality is stable. But I think that just little small size for man. Overall, if u have no idea to eat, here is good choice to try

Lovely place for burgers and food, tastes are fair but abit pricy. Well, the owner provide burger holder paper, I think it’s quite touching :)
