The beef is probably the most tender I’ve had in Taiwan. Noodles were perfectly cooked, texture on point. The broth was really light in flavor, personally like it much stronger. Overall worth the stop. Give it a try

Beef tendom is softly cooked with rich flavor of the ingredients. Free soda water is a plus.

I was in a hurry and checked out a restaurant that opened close to 5 o'clock. I didn't expect it to be so delicious! The Japanese style decoration is very thoughtful, but if I didn’t tell you, I might have thought it was a ramen shop😂😂 The boss's attitude is very good. As soon as you enter, you will be informed that you can add soup! I ordered half-tendon and half-meat noodles. The soup is rich, the tendon melts in your mouth, and the beef is very tender ~ very delicious! There is also free sauerkraut that you can take for yourself. I have never been a big fan of sauerkraut, so I took three small plates, hahaha~ And at this price, I can really afford it in the north~ I feel hungry again after thinking about it, and I want to have another bowl🤤🤤 The picture shows me eating half of it, adding soup and then drinking the soup again~~~
