This is a stunning dinning experience, you will experience the local ingredients freshly prepared from the nearby farm or self growth at home. The chief worked in a 5 star hotel and meanwhile his slash is a botanist, which mean he has special understanding to his ingredients. Be patient and prepare 2 hr dinning time have each dishes tasted well.

The experience is absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived the host was warm and inviting, explaining their omakase concept and chatting with us while we waited on the chef. The food, which is what you come for, is spectacular. The dishes are inventive with ingredients most of us had never even heard of, paired perfectly and cooked splendidly. While the dinner isnt an Omakase in the traditional Japanese sense, the freshness of ingredients and careful treatment of each individual component to preserve its natural flavour captures the essence of an omakase experience. The couple running the establishment are a perfect pair, the husband is a genius in the kitchen while the wife's infectious energy makes her perfect for the front of house. This place is a must visit, and it is quite simply the best restaurant in the district by far. (do make reservations because they dont accept walk ins)

We had the most delicious meal here tonight! Each dish served to us was unique and complex in it's own way, and everything was from local Taiwanese ingredients. The couple who run this restaurant are really kind, and we can tell they put a lot of care and thought into the food they serve. It was an unforgettable experience for us ❤️
