Easily the best ramen in Puli Town if not Nantou County. Be prepared to queue for up to 30 mins. Go for their house specials like spring onion ramen or black garlic ramen. Pro tip. After taking your Q number, go to the side of the building where there are seats for you while you wait for your number to be called. Don’t mill around the entrance where you will most likely miss your number when it is called because there are no monitors there and you can hear the number announcement very well from there:

The black garlic ramen was so good!! Flavorful broth and noodles cooked to perfection. The sauce for the egg tofu side dish was to die for! English menu available.
