Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜Ichiro nigiri (sushi)

A homey, omakase restaurant tucked away at a quite residential area near the HSR. The food there is amazing and they have a great selection of beers and sake. You can also bring your own bottle of whiskey and leave it there under your name for your next visit. They only take reservations and no walk-in’s so be sure to book a spot before going.

Come here almost every month, it’s definitely on the top of my zhubei dining list. Both lunch and dinner menus are great.
