Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜the TOAST·PROJECT

I'm very impressed by the whole clean design and uplifted vibe of the place. There's an open kitchen where you can feel the OCD of hygiene requirements from the founders and the staff. Music was slightly louder than normal places, very nice speakers are used in the restaurant😁 Ordered the Cheese sandwich and coffee latte. The Cheese had a good portion of creamy cheese with some rosemary. It was delicious! The portion was perfect for me. Hoping to see more vegetarian dishes in the future!

店長人很好🫰🫰The food was delicious, we ordered the cheese burger and hash brown burger. The hash brown was especially crispy and the coffee/tea were also good. Excellent service, will definitely come back again!

Favorite hamburger place in Taipei. Everything is great and the staff are always friendly. Definitely worth visiting.
