Da’an District, Taipei City｜Safudou (Gluten-free Vegetarian Restaurant) - Zhongxiao Branch

In Taipei, we had the pleasure of discovering a rare gluten-free vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Despite arriving late for lunch, we were fortunate that the place was still open. Initially, we had some difficulty finding it as we missed the entrance, it's situated on the second floor. The vegan pasta and curry noodles we tried were both delicious, boasting natural and healthy ingredients. It was a delightful and satisfying dining experience overall.

Great food, all gluten free. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very polite and sweet, albeit service was a tad slow. Will still definitely go there again while I'm in Taiwan.

Gluten free in Taipei, Taiwan!!! I am visiting here with my friend and it has been so hard to find gluten-free food. I have literally eaten sushi five meals in a row. I happened across this restaurant and it’s soooo good. we got the okonomiyaki, katsu curry, matcha cake, and soufflé pancakes. All were incredible. I am currently trying to work off the food coma I ate myself into. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant and very clean. I highly recommend if you want yummy gluten free or vegetarian food in Taipei. By the way, just to help the non-chinese speakers, in order to find the restaurant, it’s on the second level, so don’t be confused when you don’t see it where google maps tells you it is. You have to go into the building and go up a level.
