Boys can eat well too, no problem The kimchi chicken breast is also delicious and not dry 👍 The boss insists on using black rice which is more satiating and makes people feel that they put their heart into it 🧡 There is also chicken jelly on top of the glass noodles, which adds a variety of flavors without putting too much burden on the body. While dining, the boss also shared his tips on handling ingredients. For example, the French sous vide cooking method is actually not suitable for the hot, rainy and humid environment in Taiwan, but in order to keep the meat tender and tender, a lot of effort is spent on processing the ingredients.
