Yilan City, Yilan County｜古意人養生米粿

I regularly stop by this place to pick up a couple of delicious peanut or red bean filled mochi (my favourites - there's also the salty kind). I love watching the ladies prepare them at lightening speed to fill the orders not only of the queuing customers, but also a seeming abundance of phone-in orders. They've recently moved from a small stall into the shop behind - good for them! I hope they continue to grow :)

Cheap and delicious. Its rice cakes are very fragrant.

Absolutely old-fashioned copper plate delicacy, the taste is Q-bomb, the filling is sweet but not greasy, and all kinds of tastes are delicious. In the past, it was a delicacy that only local people knew, but now many foreign tourists have joined the queue during holidays. Parking around is inconvenient, a fly in the ointment.
