Family-run stall that’s been open since the 1930s! They still make their 潤餅 (run bing aka Taiwanese spring rolls) wraps the traditional way, from fresh dough swiped lightly on hot pans. The end result is a springy wrap that stays intact and chewy despite the ingredients loaded inside!
