Fengyuan District, Taichung City｜正兆蚵仔煎

After camping in Miaoli during the Qingming Festival holiday, I made a special trip to Fengyuan on my way back to buy pork ribs cakes at the Miaodong Night Market. There is nothing more coincidental than a coincidence ~ The delicious oyster omelet queued up at the Miaodong Night Market is the shop owned by my uncle Lu’s friend who was traveling with me. ; We each ordered oyster omelette + oyster noodles + beancurd. The oyster omelette is delicious and the store’s secret sauce is really delicious~ As for the oysters, they are very special. I was not afraid to eat oysters at first, so I finished the whole bowl of soup and oysters. The oysters were wrapped in a kind of powder (I don’t know what kind of powder). I put it in the Sichuan soup next to the stove. Someone ordered it. After being quickly cooked and added with the nine-layer pagoda, the oysters will not have a disgusting fishy smell when eaten. They have a fresh, sweet and tender taste with a faint nine-layer pagoda aroma, which is surprising. Push ~

Oyster omelet is well worth eating, and is included in my top three oyster omelets in Taiwan.
