This is definitely a must-have at 廟東!! The steamed shrimp meatballs are covered with a glutinous rice mochi layer, then topped with sweet/savory sauce, garlic sauce, and cilantro! You will find the flavor to be more on the sweet side (but savory, weird I know!) because it has Tainan influence.
