This place is worthy of the Michelin Guide accolades it has received. The minced pork on rice tasted excellent. Not too fatty or oily, just the right amount. The other braised pork and tendon options are fantastic as well! For this traditional type of rice dish, it is definitely a lot more expensive than what locals are used to spending but I feel that it’s worth trying since you’re still spending the same or less than a fast food joint. As many have recommended, get the fried egg for your rice bowl. Mixing the yolk with your rice raises up the flavors to a next level!
