It's one of my lamb delicacy shop in Taiwan! I am super blessed today cuz I get to try my favorite in all time: lamb brain which tastes like lamb-flavored tofu!

Simple and pure lamb meat with ginger slices. Great Taiwanese soup noodles. If you love lamb dishes you should never miss it.
