An eatery since 1939. Tainan’s unique “fan zhuo zai” culture, to order a bowl of braised pork rice with some small plates such as veggies, stir frys and a bowl of fresh fish soup. There’s quite a lot of different types of veggies, usually I’d order 2-3 types of veggies to eat with their delicious braised pork rice.

Typical Tainan style breakfast. Braised pork rice, fried fish, pork chops were all amazing. But the fish soup was a bit weak. There was a long queue even in the morning of a weekday, but the staffs managed to serve the food efficiently. Recommend this place to people who want to try traditional Tainan style breakfast!
