Beef tastes great, cooked just fine, not too old. The base of the soup is red and whit carrots, the result is clear and almost fruity. It is a real pleasure to enjoy a bowl of fresh stewed beef noodles in this local small diner, some of the customers been dining here for decades. Definitely worth trying.

It is not recommended for internal use, there are not many tables, and it is not cool enough in summer... But their braised beef noodles are better than anything I have ever tasted in Tainan! ! The same goes for the braised vegetables, the thinnest dried tofu in Tainan (cut by the male boss), the taste is great! !
