Make you know the rules. Yes, their rules. Just like the other two ramen shops they open, they expected their guests know the house rules. Actually it's not that hard, it's common sense that everybody should be able do follow. Like line up outside properly, don't occupied seat for too long etc. In return of following their rules, you will be rewarded a nice bowl of ramen as always. This is the first time for me to visit this shop, thanks to covid, I finally have a chance to taste their Lin Bei Iekei Ramen. Soup is unbeatable as always, noodles is perfect cooked. The sous vide chicken chashu is cooked to perfection. Make sure you make time for this, it's definitely worth it.

Passed by on a Friday. Surprised to see the store was open and no queue! I like the ramen here. The flavor of the soup was superb, the tendency of the meat was cooked just about right, and the noodle was Al Dante! Love it!
