This is the very best breakfast in Taipei. Highly recommend the dan bing (crispy pancake), egg is their specialty. The soy milk is also quite tasty.

Chengxiang Brunch is located near Yongchun MRT Station. During working hours, the small booth is always crowded with customers waiting for take-out. Although the store looks inconspicuous, it is a large-scale route with high CP value! The cake crust made from the store's homemade batter sticks is quite thick, fried until the surface is burnt and crispy but not greasy at all, full of chewy texture👍 The pork chop cheese quiche is different from ordinary breakfast shops. The pork chop here is made of hand-beaten meat, which is very thick like a hamburger steak. The meat is slightly salty and tender, and there is no oily taste. Pair it with mozzarella cheese to make the overall taste more moist with a strong cumin aroma👍 The dipping sauce for the omelette is made of garlic soy sauce and miso, which tastes slightly sweet and is more suitable for eating with the omelette than pure garlic soy sauce.

We ordered tuna with veg dan bing topped with a hashbrown and pork dan bing. Both were very tasty and filling. A good breakfast if you are in the area!
