More Comments at Google MapHomemade and fresh Mediterranean cuisine in a south of France ambiance. Flavor are 100% French and the chef does not try to please Taiwan palate by changing the taste and that is very rare here !! Despite what some people can say about AC in the previous review I think it’s comfortable enough and the restaurant try to give the best with their budget , anyway we don’t go to a restaurant to enjoy the air conditioning but the food no ?! 🤷♂️ ( also it’s still in soft opening don’t forget about that , be gentle, patient and constructive in your remarks , it’s only going to improve for the best every time you will go there). Handsome chef and a lovely young team full of expectations and motivations. I strongly recommend if you like south of France food and pastas in general 👌
This was a fantastic experience! We went for the soft-opening and had wonderful food that was homemade. The best Gnocchi I've ever had, and some unique special foods that we had never tried before. This was the type of place that is more of an experience, so the rate of food was perfect. You need to set expectations though that this is homemade food served over the course of time. It gave the same feeling as being able to talk and laugh and hangout during a longer meal like hotpot but with a very fancy high-quality of food. We got served dish by dish and being American felt immense value. For the set (900 NTD per person) we could never get that quality, service, or experience. Great portions as well, enough food to feel satisfied and happy without overeating. It was relaxed but still fine-dining and the chef and his wife came and greeted us and we could tell there was so much care and passion put into this place. We highly recommend it!
I was happy to discover this new restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The owner is very nice and he let me taste various dishes. My favorites were tomato tatin, the fresh gnocchi and pasta Carbonara. The house rosé wine was the best I've ever had in Taiwan so I bought a bottle to take home. I also love their terrace outside where you can relax with a drink and a cigarette.
