Hengchun Township, Pingtung County｜鼎食芳

This small family-run restaurant has by far the best dumplings we’ve had in Taiwan. The young girl there speaks perfect Japanese as she studied and lived in Japan for over a year. There aren’t many places that offer xiaolongbau in this cute town, so if you are looking for good dumplings, this is the best shop!

The food here is really tasty and the owner very accommodating with us given our total lack of Chinese. Highly recommend!
