The restaurant presents a high standard of western-style cuisine, with impeccable service and fine meals. You can choose from a rather large variety of wines from all around the world. The chef is a pasta expert that trained in Italy and speaks some italian. However it remains very affordable despite the excellent quality! For our greatest pleasure, they offered to split every meal we ordered in half so that each of us could taste more items from the menu. Overall, the owners have been incredibly kind to us, sharing about food specialties and other restaurants to visit in the country. We definitely recommend to visit the place and eat at the counter for maximum interaction.

A gem in Kyoto. A wonderful meal. A taste experience that does not fall from 3 star Michelin restaurants. Only a matter of time until they get their recognition. The chef and waitress were wonderful and explained to us about each dish. We left in high spirits.

Went there to celebrate my birthday and the experience was beyond our expectations. We are eating regularly french/japanese fusion food and this one did really stand out. Not to mention that the chef did work in France and brought back with him that influence. Overall, the whole crew was very detailed oriented and all dishes were perfectly cooked and served with a great smile. If you are sitting in the bar, you’ll be able to see how meticulous the chef is. I would recommend anyone passing by Kyoto to stop there and enjoy a great meal.
