Osaka, Japan｜The Silver Lining ザ·シルバー·ライニング: burgers, tacos, and craft beer

If you're craving a switch up from the usual Japanese foods, this American-style burger shop is a great place to sit down and absolutely demolish some burgers and wings. I can't really speak on the tacos since I haven't tried them, but I suspect those are equally delicious. Especially the Buffalo chicken burger, honey-mustard wings and maple sriracha wings are incredibly tasty. There are also lots of craft beer-, cider- and cocktail options available to go along with your food. The shop is still in its developing stage, and therefore did show signs of some slight growing pains during our visit (our food took a bit long to arrive, and some menu items were either almost or fully out of stock). However, this was a minor inconvenience at most and the clear passion and kindness of the staff and the great quality of the food more than made up for this. All in all, despite some small hiccups in the service, which were most likely due to this still being a fairly new restaurant trying to find its footing, our experience here was absolutely amazing.

All the reviews about this place are the real deal. What a delightful experience. Look for the sign outside then go up the narrow stairs. A very comfortable restaurant with amazing staff who from the moment we stepped in made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. We tried the nachos, tacos and wings when we went, but the menu also had some pretty amazing looking burgers I'm excited to go back and try. Everything we ordered was top tier, better tacos than we have ever had in Australia and whilst there they made some more Tortillas fresh as we ate which was cool to see as you know it's all fresh. If you're in the area this place is definitely worth a special trip.

Walked past this restaurant when we visited Amemura. The service and food where amazing. They have a mix of delicious burgers and mexican food. Everything is very fresh and homemade. Every table had multiple bottles of hot sauces you can try. Also they serve very good beers from all over the world. This was the best burger I’ve had for so far! Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!
