I had a yakiniku lunch at Hoen in Nishinakajima, which was selected as one of the top 100 yakiniku restaurants in Tabelog 2021. There were two types of lunch itself, but it was possible to order a general menu, so red meat lunch plus I ordered the special skirt steak and the store-push green onion tsurami. The most delicious was the special Harami, which was a small cut, but it was soft and full of flavor, and it was a delicious Harami with gravy. The fir sauce is excellent and the aroma when baked is very good. The dipping sauce is also original, and it was a good point that the taste of the shop was established. Negitsurami was a menu where tsurami and green onions were grilled separately and eaten together at the end, but I don't know if it's really better to eat them together without feeling the green onion. It may be more delicious to eat with a more negidaku feeling. I honestly think that the evaluation was low if it was only red meat lunch meat. It's not bad, but it's not delicious either. I have the impression that There are many people who praise the internal organs at this restaurant, so I think it's more satisfying to taste it at night.
