I stayed at Hotel Hankyu International last year, and I am amazed at the quality of the staff at both the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is on the 25th floor, so you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. The course meal is also very delicious and looks beautiful. The staff are fully aware of the customers, so the timing of serving the food is perfect. Also, I don't usually drink wine, but they taught me the characteristics of each wine and chose a wine that seemed to suit me, so I was able to enjoy it deliciously.
