Ordering process is very easy even if you don't speak English. Like almost everywhere else in japan just point to the menu item you want and done. Food is also serviced in a timely manner even if it's busy, plus the eating areas are always clean.

It's just a McDonalds innit 😂 Place was pretty clean, food was up to standard (for Maccas) JP Rating: 3*

Super clean, efficient and welcoming. Didn't take advantages of our lack of Japanese, really nice food yea :)
