It's not too crowded, and in the morning it's relatively quiet and has a nice atmosphere. It may be busy due to the large number of deliveries, so you might have to wait sometimes, but the staff are more polite than other stores and leave a good impression. The problem with Rakuten Mobile is that the reception is poor, so you can't access the internet unless you use free Wi-Fi. (It will be resolved as of September 2023 and you will be able to connect to the internet comfortably)
