Worth the wait and the hype is all legit. Food and experience are amazing. Highly recommend to be there early to beat the queue (4-5pm is best). There is English menu available and orders are taken before you get to your seats. Once you have place your order, a heads up to my tourists peeps - you can’t change or add to your order once you are seated. Don’t expect staff to break this rule for anyone because they don’t. So make sure you know what you want and that’s enough for everyone joining you. Other than that, enjoy! 😎

Went to this place of course based on all the recommendations and reviews! There's indeed some queue time but it was rather ok. The restaurant is actually slightly larger than one might think from outside so the turnover is rather good. Very efficient staff which usually takes your order when reaching the end of the queue so that you just get seated and get your food prepared right away in front of you. We only took the okonomiyaki (2 pork + rice cake) and we can only agree with all the good reviews! It was my first time eating this specialty of Osaka and it was surprisingly light and healthy! The taste was very nice. Will most likely try the yakisoba as well as it is quite popular! Highly recommend taking the full set which includes okonomiyaki, yakisoba and another dish very meaty (sorry I don't know the name of it...) as it seems quite traditional to have that. The staff was very helpful and friendly despite the high pace! Hats off!

Definitely worth a try! It's recommended by the Michelin Guide and also the Ctrip! Very worth it considering the price too. They cook it in front of you! Best one I've had so far, and the servings are really generous. They have a variety of Okonomiyaki called "rice cake" okonomiyaki, which I would say is nothing you would see anywhere. Their イカ豚入り焼きそば is definitely a must try too!
