I made a reservation and visited on a Sunday for lunch. The parking lot was about half full, and the seats were about half full. Use the private room with a table for four people on the second floor. There seem to be few private rooms, so reservations are required. Ordering is done using a touch panel on a tablet. We mainly had Aoi (special quality nigiri) and 5 special selections. Both the sushi and meat were delicious and worth the price. The large fatty tuna nigiri is fluffy and delicious. The meat platter contained more parts with marbling than the photo. Personally, I wanted to eat the tongue as well, so I wish they would have told me if the contents would change. Season the meat with salt and coarsely ground black pepper in advance, and add grated wasabi if you like. When eating with sauce, I think it tastes better without salt and pepper.

It is sometimes used for memorial services and celebrations for relatives. I'm always happy when I hear that this restaurant will be the venue, and I always look forward to it. I've only tasted the course meals, but they all have gentle flavors and are delicious.
